These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prime Relocations' services and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Prime Relocations provides professional moving services including but not limited to:

  • Local moving services
  • Residential and apartment moves
  • Delivery and setup services
  • Appliance moving
  • Professional packing services
  • Custom moving solutions

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Quotes

Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual services performed.

Booking: Services are confirmed upon receipt of your booking and any required deposit. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Changes: Changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
  • A deposit may be required for certain services
  • Late payment may result in additional fees
  • All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Customer:

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled move: Full refund of deposit
  • 24-48 hours before scheduled move: 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Cancellation by Prime Relocations: In the event we must cancel, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about items to be moved
  • Disclose any hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items
  • Ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations
  • Be present or have an authorized representative during the move
  • Obtain necessary permits or parking permissions
  • Secure valuable items and important documents separately

6. Liability and Insurance

Prime Relocations is fully licensed and insured. Our liability coverage includes:

  • Basic liability coverage for all moves
  • Additional insurance options available upon request
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of service completion

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to items
  • Items not properly packed (unless we provided packing services)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by customer negligence or failure to disclose item condition
  • Indirect or consequential damages

7. Prohibited Items

We will not move:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, explosives, flammables)
  • Perishable food items
  • Plants (on long-distance moves)
  • Pets
  • Illegal items or contraband
  • Items of extraordinary value without prior arrangement

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Relocations' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties
  • Mediation, if negotiation fails
  • Binding arbitration in accordance with local laws

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
